In a world filled with synthetics, poisons, and garbage, we must seek out the pure and clean.
As National Socialists, it is essential for each of us to commit to a healthy lifestyle, for this commitment not only reflects our values but also embodies our beliefs.
Cultivating a healthy mind, body, and spirit naturally fosters our desire to create a society that mirrors our minimum basic standards. Today we often observe individuals who are unwell and /or morally sick naturally gravitate towards Communist and Capitalist ideologies; their very essence is unhealthy.
National Socialism is about striving for upward development, regardless of where you stand today.
While no one is perfect, we should all aspire to become the best versions of ourselves. By doing so, we not only enhance our own lives but also greatly contribute more meaningfully to the well-being of those around us.
The NSAP’s primary concern is the welfare of our people. Ensuring that each individual is happy, healthy, and prosperous. This is at the forefront of our mission.
To help achieve our objectives and further our mission, we’ve created an easy-to-follow guide for healthy eating known as The Volks Diet.
Your health is directly impacted by what you put in your mouth. If you do not eat clean, your body won’t be clean. It is really that simple.
Always Check Your Labels
When following The Volks Diet, it is crucial to examine food labels and ingredient lists carefully before making purchases or consuming. Pay particular attention to the length of the ingredient list; generally, a shorter and easier to understand list indicates a much cleaner / healthier product.

When shopping for food, it is essential to look for labels that indicate the product is certified ORGANIC or, at the very least, non-GMO verified (all Organic foods are also non-GMO).
These labels provide assurance that the food you are purchasing is genuine and not a synthetic product derived from laboratory processes.
Genetically modified “foods” are unnatural. They are bioengineered—-fake—-Frankenstein foods that are made from chemicals, gene manipulation, and altered DNA.
The same scientists that produce these foods will tell you they are “safe for human consumption,” but they are not. Consuming them puts you at risk of organ damage, inflammation, infertility, and even cancer!

Foods labeled as organic are the highest quality available. While they may come with a slightly higher price tag—ranging from a few cents to several dollars—investing in your health is undoubtedly worth the additional cost.
Organic / non-GMO foods are real foods. GMO foods are not.
Organic farming practices prioritize quality over quantity, the promotion of ecological balance, and the conservation of biodiversity. These standards explicitly prohibit the use of synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, genetically modified organisms, irradiation, and industrial solvents (all of which are cancer causing) in both the production and processing of food.
Organic agriculture employs natural substances and methods, which includes the use of natural compost and manure for fertilization, weed control through crop rotation, mulching, and tilling, as well as pest management through natural predators, traps, or naturally derived pesticides.
By choosing organic, you are not only supporting your health but also contributing to sustainable agricultural practices that benefit the environment as a whole.
When selecting meats:
It is essential to prioritize quality and ethical sourcing. Look for guarantees such as grass-fed, pasture-raised, raised without antibiotics, hormones, or steroids, wild-caught, and of course, organic options.
Whatever your meat eats, you eat! Remember that next time you go to your local butcher or grocery store.

Understanding the origins of the meat you purchase and consume is crucial; not only does this knowledge contribute to your health, but it also supports more humane practices in livestock management.
Meats that are wild or pasture-raised not only exhibit superior appearance and flavor but also offer enhanced nutritional benefits for your body. Furthermore, these practices promote better living conditions for the animals that provide us with sustenance.

In an ideal world, we would implement stricter agricultural policies to ensure more humane treatment of all livestock, including extending their lifespans and guaranteeing quality living conditions.
Until such measures are universally adopted, it is our responsibility to make more informed choices that benefit both our health and the welfare of the animals that sustain us.
Alkaline vs. Acidic Foods
Individuals who neglect to monitor their dietary habits often encounter various health challenges, including frequent fatigue, weight gain, chronic illnesses, and persistent discomfort.
This is primarily because the underlying cause of many health issues is an imbalance in the body’s pH levels, often due to excessive acidity. A significant contributor to this acidity is the food we consume.

When the body becomes excessively acidic, it begins to produce mucus, which accumulates on and around cells. An excess of mucus impairs cellular respiration and function, which leads to illness and disease.
Mucus cannot survive in an alkaline environment. Therefore, incorporating more alkaline foods into one’s diet will help alleviate or even cure various health conditions; it can also prevent other conditions from arising.
We should aim to keep our bodies slightly alkaline, or at the very least, neutral.
Acidic Foods to Avoid:
These are some of the top acidic foods and ingredients that we consider the most dangerous and harmful to the overall well-being of the body.
There are hundreds of others that we could add to this list, but here we have condensed it to the most popular and common.
- Alcohol
- Soda
- Energy Drinks
- Fast Food
- Microwaved meals
- Cane Sugar (natural & refined)
- High Fructose Corn Syrup
- Artificial Flavors and Sweeteners (saccharin, aspartame, etc.)
- Dyes and Coloring Agents (Blue No. 1, Red No. 40, etc.)
- Cornstarch
- Dextrose
- Enriched and Bleached Flour
- Nitrates and Sulfates
- Sodiums and Phosphates (Sodium benzoate, Sodium diacetate, etc.)
- Xanthan gum
- Canola Oil
- Soybean products
Alkaline Foods to Embrace:
- Green Tea
- Spring Water
- Date Sugar
- Maple Syrup
- Sprouted Flour
- Vegetables
- Fruits
- Almonds
Adopting a diet exclusively composed of alkaline foods may not be practical or feasible. However, by being mindful of your dietary choices and striving to incorporate more alkaline foods, you can significantly enhance your overall well-being.
It is advisable to take stricter dietary actions, such as eliminating acidic foods, only when attempting to address or eliminate specific health concerns.
Portion Sizes
When it comes to ensuring your body stays above acid level and receives all the right nutrients, it’s important to be mindful about your portion sizes.
Assuming you don’t lazily sit around all day, we recommend eating 2-3 meals per day, along with one or two snacks in between meals if needed.
As an adult, you should aim to consume at least two servings of vegetables per day and at least one serving of fruit per day. Ideally, your diet could include three servings of vegetables and two servings of fruit, though this may vary based on your size and physical condition.
When selecting fruits and vegetables for your meals, consider incorporating a variety of colors—-The more colorful your diet, the better it is for your health.
And don’t forget to choose the superior organic produce options!

We also recommend trying to limit your red meat intake, and having at least one meal per day without any meat at all. You can substitute your meat with protein sources such as eggs, nuts, beans, cottage cheese, or even a protein milkshake / smoothie.
If your goal is to lose weight, focus on smaller portion sizes and aim for a calorie deficit. You can calculate this based on your weight and exercise using a macro tracker.
If you are trying to gain weight, use the macro tracker to ensure you are consuming enough calories throughout the day.
Supplements
Supplements (usually in the form of encapsulated pills, but can come in powdered, and liquid form as well) are a great way to provide your body with extra vitamins that may be lacking in your current diet.
We recommend taking a gender specific daily multivitamin to fill in those gaps and boost your overall health.
Certain supplements can also be extremely useful for preventative medicines, treatment of moderate ailments, or other uses such as energy boosts, sleep aids, etc.
Supplements such as Cayenne Pepper can help with minor infections, while Papaya supplements can help with food digestion; Lions Mane Mushroom supplements may help you improve your focus during work or school hours, while CBD may help you relax or calm down after a busy day at work.
Again, remember to look for Organic or All-Natural guarantees on your supplement labels.
Ditch the synthetic drugs pushed on us by Big Pharma and save yourself by embracing natural alternatives, which are non-addictive and carry no negative side effects!
Conclusion:
Reclaim your life and align with the natural order by embracing the Volks Diet!
