The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), under the Department of Homeland Security, has officially abandoned its purpose. Instead of serving the American people in times of disaster and hardship, FEMA is now a federal ATM machine—one that spits out millions in taxpayer dollars directly into the hands of Jewish organizations under the pretense of “nonprofit security.”

In June 2025, it was revealed that FEMA distributed $94.4 million in taxpayer funds to 512 Jewish-affiliated organizations across the United States. These grants—distributed under the Nonprofit Security Grant Program (NSGP)—claim to protect “at-risk” communities from terrorism. But the numbers tell a different story.

Over 90% of NSGP funding between 2008 and 2020 went to Jewish groups—while Christian, Muslim, and other faith-based institutions were left to fight over scraps. In 2024 alone, Jewish organizations received nearly 20% of the entire $454 million NSGP pool—a staggeringly disproportionate amount for a religious group that constitutes only 2% of the population.

This is not public safety.
This is ethnic favoritism.
And it is being funded by you.


A Program Engineered by a Lobby

The NSGP was not created organically in response to a growing threat to America’s religious communities. It was lobbied into existence by the Jewish Federations of North America, the Orthodox Union, and other high-powered political organizations. They wrote the law. They pushed it through Congress. They continue to lobby for it year after year—and they win. Every. Time.

These groups aren’t hiding it. In fact, the Jewish Federations publicly celebrated their “historic victory” after Congress passed an additional $305 million in supplemental NSGP funding in 2024, citing rising antisemitism after the war in Gaza. A war fought 6,000 miles away.

And who benefits?
Not working-class Americans.
Not rural churches, poor neighborhoods, or small towns hit by hurricanes and floods.

Instead, elite institutions—wealthy synagogues, private Jewish schools, and multi-million-dollar cultural centers—receive taxpayer funds for “target hardening”: surveillance cameras, reinforced doors, private guards, and security fences.

While your church gets ignored.
While your neighborhood sits vulnerable.
While your taxes pay for someone else’s security.


They Didn’t Just Benefit from NSGP — They Created It

The Nonprofit Security Grant Program (NSGP) was not born from a neutral government initiative or a widespread demand from the American public.

It was crafted, lobbied for, and institutionalized by Jewish organizationsfor Jewish organizations.

In the early 2000s, following the events of 9/11, a coalition of Jewish lobbying groups—including the Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA) and the Orthodox Union (OU)—began pushing Congress for a permanent federal funding stream to protect their own institutions. They didn’t just request equal security—they wrote the blueprint for a government program that would serve their exclusive ethnic and religious interests.

And Congress gave it to them.

By 2005, the NSGP was quietly passed into law—without public debate, without referendum, and without input from the broader religious or racial communities of America. It was the result of targeted ethnic lobbying using fear, political connections, and emotional leverage to extract taxpayer dollars for private ethnic benefit.

The result?

  • From 2008 to 2020, Jewish groups received over 90% of all NSGP funds.
  • Even as other religious communities suffered attacks and violence, the funding pipeline remained locked in place.
  • Jewish Federations continued to publicly lobby and pressure Congress every year to expand the program.

In 2024, JFNA and other Jewish advocacy groups proudly celebrated when Congress approved an emergency $305 million security package, including the $94 million FEMA handout we’re exposing today. They called it a “historic victory”—not for America, but for the Jewish people.

Let that sink in:
A small ethnic minority created a federal funding mechanism that now sends them the majority of its funds.
They didn’t wait for help—they built the system to help themselves, and now they demand more each year.

If any other racial group had done this—if white Americans, Black Americans, or anyone else had openly designed a federal funding program that benefited their racial community first and foremost—it would be denounced as supremacist, exclusionary, and unconstitutional.

Yet when Jewish organizations do it?
It’s called “security.”

No more.

The American people were never consulted.
We did not agree to bankroll private security for a foreign-aligned ethno-religious lobby.

We will not sit back while our infrastructure crumbles, our towns burn, and our children go unprotected—while Jewish-only institutions are handed millions in “emergency” cash.

The NSGP is not just corrupted.
It is ethnically engineered, politically protected, and morally illegitimate.

The time has come to dismantle it completely.


FEMA’s Missing Oversight

Worse still, FEMA can’t even track where the money goes.

  • The agency has no centralized, public-facing database of NSGP recipients.
  • FEMA admits it relies on state governments to oversee grants—but most states outsource the work or have no staff assigned.
  • FEMA only recently began migrating to a modern data system—after decades of tracking grants through spreadsheets and disconnected platforms.

In other words: we are pouring hundreds of millions into private organizations, with no meaningful public audit trail, and no enforcement to ensure it’s spent properly.

When billions in aid vanished after Hurricane Maria, we called it incompetence.
But when FEMA gives $94 million to 512 Jewish institutions with zero accountability?
That’s not incompetence. That’s corruption.


Is This Even Legal?

Let’s be clear: the Constitution prohibits the government from endorsing or advancing any religion.

The Establishment Clause of the First Amendment was meant to protect Americans from being forced to fund religious institutions. Yet under NSGP, the federal government is doing exactly that—disguising it as “anti-terrorism” while handing checks to “houses of worship”.

The courts have wavered in recent years, but the principle remains:
Government funding of religious institutions violates the separation of church and state.

This isn’t fire protection or police response—those are public services provided to everyone. NSGP is direct federal cash, given to specific religious groups, for private security projects on private property.

No amount of political spinning can erase that reality.

Court Cases and Commentary: There has not been a direct court challenge to NSGP’s constitutionality to date. However, related cases and opinions include:

  • Tilton v. Richardson (1971) – the Court upheld federal grants for construction of secular facilities at religious colleges, noting the secular use was key and the grant was a one-time aid (though the Court struck down a part allowing 20-year use for religion after the fact). By analogy, NSGP funds bricks-and-mortar improvements that are secular (security) in nature.
  • Bowen v. Kendrick (1988) – allowed grants to religiously affiliated organizations for a teen pregnancy program, emphasizing the program’s secular goals and the requirement that funds not be used for religious activities. NSGP similarly comes with the condition that funds only be used for security, not for any religious programming.
  • The FEMA Disaster Aid Policy Change (2018) – As detailed in the Politico report, FEMA reversed its exclusion of churches from disaster aid “in light of” the Trinity Lutheran decision politico.com. FEMA’s new policy was welcomed by some (Becket Fund called it “getting rid of second-class status for churches”) politico.com and criticized by others (Americans United warned it could be “vulnerable” if it allows rebuilding sanctuaries) politico.com. This real-world example shows the tension between Free Exercise and Establishment concerns. Ultimately FEMA’s stance is now that equal treatment is required, and no court has struck that down since.
  • Notably, a federal judge in Texas, in the immediate aftermath of Trinity Lutheran, initially denied an injunction to churches seeking FEMA rebuilding funds, distinguishing repairs of worship space from playground resurfacing. Judge Gray Miller wrote that “the government has a historical and justifiable interest in avoiding an establishment of religion… [Here] funding would be used to repair church facilities for religious activities”, implying that crosses a constitutional line politico.compolitico.com. However, before higher courts could decide, FEMA mooted the case by changing policy. This indicates there is still some judicial caution about direct funding of the core physical spaces of worship. With NSGP, the funding could be for things like doors and guards which, while installed at a synagogue, are not inherently religious (unlike an altar or scripture). So NSGP is on stronger footing than disaster aid for rebuilding a chapel’s steeple, for instance.

This Is Not Just Religious Funding — It’s Racial Favoritism

The defenders of the Nonprofit Security Grant Program claim that this is simply aid to “faith-based organizations.” But let us be clear:

Judaism is not merely a religion.
It is an ethnic and racial identity, with membership passed down through bloodline and heritage, not just belief.

When the federal government allocates hundreds of millions of dollars specifically to “Jewish organizations,” it is not just supporting religious institutions—it is funding one racial group above all others.

Let’s compare:

  • Christian churches serve a broad array of ethnic groups: White, Black, Hispanic, Asian, and more.
  • Muslim mosques are racially diverse, with Arab, African, South Asian, and other members.
  • Buddhist temples serve many ethnic communities.

But Jewish synagogues, schools, and federations?
They overwhelmingly serve one ethnic group: Jews, a historically self-defined and self-segregated race of people.

This means FEMA’s NSGP program has crossed a dangerous line:
It is not just supporting a religion—it is redistributing public money based on race.

That is unconstitutional. That is hypocritical according to the establishment’s own standards.

The United States does not allow federal grants to be handed out to “White-only” institutions.
So why are Jewish-only organizations getting preferential treatment?

The answer is simple:
Because the system is afraid to call it what it is—racial favoritism masked as religious security.

By hiding behind the word “faith,” Jewish lobbies have funneled federal money to their racial kin while the rest of America is told to wait in line. This is not religious neutrality. This is ethnic patronage using federal dollars.

It’s a violation of equal protection.
It’s a violation of the Establishment Clause.
And it’s a violation of the American people’s trust.


Our Demands

We, the National Socialist American Party, make the following demands on behalf of the American people:

  1. Immediate suspension of the NSGP until a full audit is completed and constitutional review is conducted.
  2. Full transparency: FEMA must publish a centralized, searchable database of all NSGP recipients—past and present.
  3. Return of all funds found to be allocated in violation of the Constitution or misused by private entities.
  4. Federal criminal investigation into lobbying groups that shaped this program for ethnic gain, and whether favoritism or kickbacks played a role.
  5. Replacement of FEMA with a new Civil Emergency Corps accountable to the people—not private interest groups or religious lobbies.
  6. Equal protection and aid for all American Nationals.

A Government That No Longer Serves You

The United States government has once again shown you who it serves. It is not the working family in Ohio struggling after a flood. It is not the Christian church vandalized in rural Missouri. It is not the widow living in a trailer after her home burned down.

It serves those who have political leverage.
It serves those with organized money.
It serves those who manipulate victimhood into government contracts.

It serves Jews.

Jewish Power means Jewish Responsibility.

If the Jews find themselves in need of protection maybe just maybe they need to do some self-reflection to figure out why they are hated so by the world. However, we know vampires can’t see themselves in the mirror.

The time has come to end this game.
The time has come to demand your country back.
