An NSAP Call to Awareness and Action

Politicians tell you, “China is paying the tariffs,” as if they’ve struck a blow for the American worker. That’s a lie, sold to you like cheap candy so you’ll swallow it without thinking. The truth is harsher: you pay the tariffs. You, your family, and every struggling household in this country. And the reason it’s this way is because decades of so‑called leaders — Republicans and Democrats alike — have sold this nation’s future for cheap imports, foreign profits, and their own grip on power.

What a tariff really is

A tariff is nothing more than a tax on goods coming into our country from somewhere else. When an American company buys steel, electronics, or clothing from abroad, that American company is the one that pays the tariff to U.S. Customs before the goods can even enter. Not China. Not Mexico. Us.

How the cost hits you

The importer pays first, but they’re not taking the hit for you. They either raise their prices or cut jobs to make up for it. Either way, you pay in higher bills or lost livelihoods. That extra cost doesn’t disappear — it’s passed straight to you at the store, at the gas pump, or in the rising rent your landlord charges because their expenses went up.

The slow bleed

At first, companies might hold prices steady, hoping the tariffs vanish. But the bleed never stops. Slowly, prices climb. Groceries cost more. Tools cost more. Cars cost more. Your paycheck buys less and less. That’s not a “strong America” — that’s a nation being hollowed out.

The political con game

Sometimes, foreign exporters lower their prices to stay competitive. Politicians twist this into a fairy tale that “the other country is paying.” They know most people don’t follow global finance or trade policy, so they feed you feel‑good lies and false hope — hopium — to keep you quiet. They’ve been doing it for decades, letting our industries rot, shipping our jobs overseas, and chaining us to foreign supply lines. They rely on your ignorance, because economics is cut‑throat and ruled by pure logic — and in that world, no one is safe. Their job isn’t to protect you from the pain; it’s to make you not care while you keep eating it.

The truth: no law forces foreign exporters to pay a dime. Our government takes the money from American businesses, and the cost is dumped on the American people.

Why you should be angry

  • You are paying for a trade policy that was supposed to make them pay.
  • Your cost of living is going up while politicians smile and lie about it.
  • Every leader who let America’s factories close and our supply chains leave this soil betrayed you.

The real bottom line

Tariffs are sold as a weapon against foreign nations. In reality, they’ve become a weapon against you — the citizen. If we want to protect American industry, tariffs alone are worthless without a complete rebuilding of our own production, our own jobs, and our own independence. That means rejecting the liars, throwing out the sell‑outs, and building a movement that takes back control of this country.

This is not just an economic issue. It’s a call for revolution against every traitor who sold your future for their profit.

The NSAP Tariff Plan — The Gottfried Feder Way

Our movement will use tariffs as they were meant to be used: not as a hidden tax on our own people, but as a shield for our industries and a hammer against foreign exploitation. This will be enforced through the No American Tariff Burden Act:

Section 1 — Prohibition on Domestic Tariff Liability
No U.S. person or business shall be liable for paying tariffs, customs duties, import taxes, or equivalent charges on goods entering the United States.

Section 2 — Mandatory Foreign Payment or Barter
All tariffs must be paid in advance by the foreign exporter, manufacturer, or seller of record, or satisfied through approved barter agreements.

Section 3 — Anti-Circumvention & Price-Hike Prevention
Any attempt to hide tariff costs in fees, pass them back to Americans, or raise prices beyond normal market changes within 12 months of a tariff will be presumed an attempt to offset tariff costs and punished accordingly.

Section 4 — Enforcement & Penalties
Violations will result in immediate seizure of goods, fines up to 500% of the tariff or illicit increase, a 10-year ban from the U.S. market, and in cases of systematic abuse, a total and permanent trade ban with the exporter’s nation.

No vague promises, no feel‑good slogans — only concrete actions that keep the nation’s wealth in the hands of its people, not global bankers or foreign profiteers.

The world needs us; we do not need them. America has the natural resources to sustain itself indefinitely.

It’s time we act like it.
